What we can help with

  • Suggest a category. What product type should we rank next? We'll add it to the queue.
  • Report bad data. Broken link, wrong price, mislabeled product, image that won't load — tell us the URL and what's off.
  • Correct an error. If a review or buyer's guide gets something wrong, send the correction and a source. We update fast.
  • Press, partnerships, and brand outreach. Same email. Note: we don't sell placement on lists. See How we rank.

What we can't help with

  • Order, shipping, or refund issues. We're not the retailer. If your product arrived broken or your order is late, contact the retailer directly — Amazon, Walmart, or whoever you bought from.
  • Personalized shopping consultations. We don't do one-on-one product recommendations by email.
